Nicole Lvov, Esq.
Nicole Lvov is a dedicated attorney focused on immigration and family law, with several years of experience representing individuals and families. Originally from New York, she is a first-generation U.S.-born attorney raised in a Russian immigrant family, a background that deeply informs her commitment to serving immigrant communities. She has grown to love the Boston community, especially its close-knit immigrant population. She has handled and successfully obtained countless visa applications, permanent residency, and citizenship for her clients as well as bringing family members from abroad through consular processing. Nicole has also worked with clients who qualify for humanitarian relief, survivors of domestic violence, victims of crime, and is experienced in removal defense. Nicole has also expanded her practice to represent clients in family law matters, guardianships, and civil litigation, bringing a practical and well rounded approach to complex legal issues. She received her Masters in Conflict and Diplomacy, bringing negotiation and conflict resolution skills to her practice. She has extensive experience and training working with survivors of domestic violence, bringing a trauma-informed approach to all of her work.
Known for her compassionate, client centered advocacy, Attorney Lvov prides herself to her commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities. Nicole currently volunteers with the Volunteer Lawyers Project, serves as a volunteer Lawyer for the Day in the Superior Court program helping self-represented litigants navigate civil matters, and serves as a Mental Health Litigation Trial Panel attorney for the state.
Outside of her practice, Nicole enjoys practicing yoga, networking, and enjoying the beautiful New England outdoors with her beagle and family!
